How your data is protected
Every center on Typeorg is structurally separated from every other. These are the protections that keep it that way.
- Complete data isolation
- structurally impossible for one center to see another's customers, jobs, or files.
- Role-based access
- Owner, Staff, and Platform roles enforced on both server and app.
- Secure login
- industry-standard secure tokens in protected (httpOnly) cookies, not readable by browser scripts.
- Safe password resets
- reset/session tokens expire using the database's own clock, closing timing loopholes.
- Malware protection on uploads
- only safe file types accepted; dangerous files blocked automatically.
- Subscription enforcement
- access controlled cleanly by license status, customer portal included.
- Full audit trail
- every change logged for compliance and accountability.
